Guild Wars 2

I've got a question for all ye GuildWars2 players.
Is it really worth buying Gems with gold? It seems that when there is a so called "Sale" or "20% Discount" on something, the price for Gems go up, so that buying gems with gold is a waste of gold...

Funnily enough I spend nearly as much money on this zero-subs game as I did on paying subs for Aion.

But it's nice knowing I don't have to, and I can happily skip a month if I feel like it.

Well, that's only natural. A sale means more people buying. More people buying means bigger demand. Bigger demand means gem prices go up. :p
 
Dammit. I don't even feel like playing this game anymore. I always used to get 40-60 FPS in most areas, but nowadays I'm lucky if it hovers between 20-30 in the same areas. I really wish Anet would prioritize fixing the performance issues instead of just letting it get worse with every major patch.

Gna make twilight sell that for 3x more gold buy 3 more dusks rince and repeat lol plus ill have an additional 200 gold to spare lol (yes ive already thought this through lol)

At the rate prices are dropping, you might want to revise your estimates a bit :p

even if do 2x and not 3x will still be the same lol, trust me i watch gw2spidy like everyday and only gna sell when its like 1700gold minimum (thats if i meet buyer asking price) The buy listing was at 2000 gold earlier in feb and slowly going up again

You missed a prime chance then - I saw Dusk listed for 126 gold last week :p
