I really don't see how that is relevant. I posted articles from massive international reviewers and their feelings about the game. Does me owning the game or not make any difference to their reviews?

I don't think we need to rehash the entire argument in this thread again - it's caused enough trouble as it is ;)

And now, my next suggestion, we should rename the Infraction System the Graal-Wyzak Effect, in honour of its two involuntary instigators, and then, instead of receiving a notice saying "You have received an infraction", you have a note saying "You have been nailed by the Graal-Wyzak Effect"

You will live on in the forum's memories forever :D

I haven't been here for a while but saw the thread title and recognised the members names and the amount of posts this thread had received. Read the thread and I feel that is the perfect way to end the thread and made me chuckle. So have a rep :)

Well ... it was a tongue-in-cheek suggestion, but maybe there was a hint of seriousness. Imagine having a newcomer step over the line and getting a message saying "You have been nailed by the Graal-Wyzak Effect" - the level of possible confusion and questions likely to happen.

And then us friendly old-timers can direct them to a Wikipedia like fake article full of sci-fi mumbo-jumbo and graphs and stuff, and then finally have a TL;DR at the bottom saying: Just kidding mate - you received an infraction. Be good ;)

Shame Neo, I really feel for you. I've noticed your bad rep in the past, but when I read your posts they seamed perfectly fine. Then I heard about the reputation system issues of earlier which was then changed. I think that your rep should be wiped clean.

Most of Neo's bad rep came from issues in the past where he showed a high intolerance in matters of religion, homosexuality and the like. Not that I'm going to get into whether he deserved it or not, but he said a lot of things that didn't sit right with a lot of people.

A forum-wide reputation wipe might be a good idea, though.

Yeah granted, perhaps then only reset the guys that are really negative. If they are really so bad they will end up negative again at some point.

I just hope that the reputation index doesn't turn out to be some popularity contest. Swimming against the current does not equal trolling.

Wyzak, let's not get into this again. For the last time, nobody had an issue with you 'swimming against the current.' You're more than welcome to your opinion, as is everyone else. The problem was with the way in which you presented your opinion. You were so incessant that numerous people were starting to get fed up with you and your efforts started looking like nothing more than simple trolling.

To quote Ike_009; your points might have been valid, but your campaigning method was so annoying and obnoxious that most of us would rather stab our eyes out than listen to you, much less agree with anything you say.

If you still cannot understand why people took issue with what your actions then you likely won't, but let's put this thing behind us now. Let it go.
