SA Dota 2 server fully operational

so what has everyone experience been so far? I havent fully switched to south africa, I queue on Western EU and South Africa at the moment. I have no idea if i have actually used the South african server yet, as from what i know you cant actually tell which server you using when you select multiple regions. I did here from a friend it was really laggy for him.
 
It is laggy! Ping was awesome, but there were horrible spikes and stutters during gameplay. I'd stick to EU for now.

It takes 6 min+ to find a server. The ping is good but sometimes you get horrible lag spikes. The people are generally better than on EU but you get dicks everywhere.

You can see what server u on by the ping. Sa is 20-60 ms, EU 180-240, NA is 400+ etc...
