Bless does look amazing, and you shouldn't be too worried about it being a Korean game.
I have played WoW for years, and moved over to Tera (
www.tera-europe.com), and will NEVER go back.
Tera has recently gone F2P as well ... so except for the download of the game, there shouldn't be too much excuse not to give it a try.
With regards to showing vast areas, how far do you want to see? Tera is also built on UE3 and you can see relatively far. One of the things you need to think about is simply the fact that when questing the views are generally going to be limited to a smallish area. Unless you are looking for another Guild Wars 2 where you need to spend half of the time looking trying to get to a viewpoint.
As for game play, Tera is not perfect. However try to think of WoW classic. There were a lot of issues back then. Blizzard has had 4 full expansions to iron out game play, and honestly I think they have dumbed down everything that you might as well get a bot and watch it level for you.
Play Tera, but get to at least level 25 with a class. I would suggest the Slayer class as it is pretty awesome and one of the easier classes to get to grips with.
I am leveling all 8 classes, I love the bonus rested experience, so I could say that even though I have played the beginning 20 levels several times and I have not found it to be boring.
Like in WoW you will kill 10 wolves at level 8, and then 10 wolves at level 30, then 10 at level 53, etc. Most of the game is just grinding. It would be a lot better if there were puzzles, and different types of quests, but there aren't many types of quests out there. If you don't like grinding, then don't play an MMO which requires it.
I had pre ordered Tera, and I have not regretted that once. I was worried when it went free to play, but so far things have gotten better. A lot more people are playing, which means that groups are easier to form.
Fun things about Tera:
BAMS -> Big Ass Monsters -> Huge boss creatures around the world that you generally need a group to kill.
Enemies -> Some of the strangest things you would have every seen.
NOTE: A lot of these games go free to play. Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Tera are two good examples. So you might not have to fork out cash to play it.
