For any dota 2 noobs here ... Use this website... http://dota2alttab.com it gives a short description about how a hero should be played along with a skill build and item build, its so helpful for new players and will give you the upper hand. I even use it sometimes for heroes I dont play very often and it doesnt get into so much detail that you have to sit and read through a guide just to get whats going on with a hero. Its called dota2alttab because its for players who just want to be able to alt tab to a reference guide and see a general idea of how a hero works.
Most helpful tool ever while I was learning this game
Edit: You can also download the item build pack so that the items you're told to buy as a default are these ones instead of some of the horrible item builds that come standard in game.

Started playing visage again...missed him so much. Probably the best hero in early to mid game. Awesome roamer and ganker. Always total control of the runes. If you micro manage him right hes really really awesome. Except than when you are in trouble and have to use the familiars' stun they each give about 100 gold when killed.
Also there's something really weird happening. When playing vs Lich, he hits his ulti and I ALWAYS get the most bounces, like yesterday I was playing Tinker and there were 3 friendly heroes and about 4 creeps , yet I got 3 bounces while the others only got 1 - 2. My spacing was well further than theirs. Doesn't matter what hero I play with. Happens always when playing vs Lich.

, I can't believe how addicted I am to this game now 
.I truly suggest anyone who's as new to Dota as I am, to play the game with someone to show them the ropes of the game.

We play least played, single draft, all pick and Random draft. I do not like all random since the mechanics is not always right, one team gets better carries, or more support, strength etc.
Especially All Pick when playing with Dee, since he is new.
BTW I gave in and brought some chest keys. The chests of rarities is quite good, I got 2 mythicals and 2 rares from there

I have been so tempted to get keys btu all i really want is strange items or modifiers it just makes it so much more fun Like i got a strange headpiece for NP now i play him all the time to level it up

OO I forgot I also got a new animal for Chen(mythical) looks like a warthog as well as the Frostives HUD
These were in the chests of rartities me thinks... I was quite lucky I opened about 10 chests but split them so opened one of each kind randomly in my inventory, last time I opened two of the same and got the same items so now I reckon my new method works better....I got nothing worse than a rare Item and then 2 mythicals so I was happy....
I also deleted two of my common items which I had duplications of and received an uncommon lol, so if you delete commons you stand a random chance to get uncommon items for those who did not know

I played a Warlock game last night. Was my first game with him. Damn that dude is fun, you harass the living crap of the opposition in lane and early farming.
Then you get Ulti Stick and Refreshers and its gg, pushing lanes like a boss

Ye at the start everyone wants to carry in Dota, but jeez you can have so much fun with supports. AA for instance stand in base and spam your ulti. It is crap annoying. In that warlock game last night I was laning with a void. But I had to support Dee and my fellow SS brother. Warding and helping them push lanes. The void later complained for me not being there all the time. I was helping everywhere, warding ganking. I told him to be happy to single safe lane and gain xp while I am not there. Idiot! I outfarmed him end game, also had more xp.I love playing warlock that link is stupidly evil

This is the biggest problem with playing public games. You almost always end up in a team with 4 carries and 1 support or 5 carries ect.
As for Warlock, if played well he can be a game winner.
