True that, thought the new studio with the guys at Crysis would pick it up..

Crytek really did give the impression they wanted Darksiders, wondering if they were just outbid, or if there was some other reasons for them not buying it

While I'm happy someone bought Darksiders it does suck that it didn't go to Crytek and the original team from Vigil. Glad Red Faction got picked up as well, but again, without Volition developing I don't know what to expect, if they ever decide to make another one.

From a quick look at Wikipedia (which clearly now makes me an authoritah), Nordic is a publisher, which suggests that the actual game development will be farmed out.

I wonder which developer will get the Darksiders and Red Faction jobs.

I am glad to see that these IPs found a home. Would have been a shame if it was the end of all things Darksiders.
