Yea... a good friend of ours has a 8TB set up now. 4 x 3TB's on RAID 5. I'm kind of loaning his space cause I ran out xD.

I think I might also get a few 3TB soon for RAID5. Some of the 3.5" external specials are very competitive at the moment, and some carry full speed Seagate 7200drives inside.

The cables and dodgy interfaces on these 2.5" externals is irritating me because as soon as the drive has an issue, you essentially bin it. Think I am going to store all my movies etc locally on my PC and get a Wifi Streaming Solution going at home.
