This is why I don't like to pre-order games and will usually "try before buy".

I got lucky with XCOM though (only game I've ever pre-ordered), as it turned out really good. My one buddy was not so lucky and pre-ordered this sh*t-fest.

He's learned his lesson.

Good, except I believe the outcome is just going to be a label on videos from now on. "The experience may be different with the final released product". Instead of just showing us what it actually looks like.

Ye I tend to at least watch a friend play it for a few hours before purchasing it unless its a big hype release from companies like Blizzard e.g. Rather safe than sorry

Blizzard use to be that company for me, but Diablo 3 was pretty average.

The only Blizzard game I don't like is World of Warcraft. I've had a lot of fun with everything else they've made.
