It actually looks really cool. Way better than GTA IV's ragdoll shit. Oh how I hated that.

Euphoria sometimes became a bit of a problem for me - cause when cops or enemies shoot at you, especially in moments where your character (Niko Bellic or MP character) is stubbling; recovering from that can take a while, rendering vulnerable for that short period of time.

It's exactly the same. This was a demonstration video, obviously they would only show the best results.
