Dota 2

Awesome weekend for Dota 2. The western qualifiers has concluded with a lot of unexpected victories! Personally I think the qualifiers started off a bit boring, with a lot of stomps in the first 30 minutes, but as it progressed the matches became more intense. All in all I enjoyed watching most of the matches.

Next up: Eastern qualifiers. Prepare to see some new hero picks! (hopefully)
 
Yep sick and tired seeing Gyro, Lifestealer ect... I get excited when i see a random weird pick. hope the Eastern Qualifiers is good.
 
Awesome Dota 2 Weekend indeed. My most memorable matches; Mouz vs. DD game 4, and the 76 minute EG vs. Rox.KIS game.

So much Lifestealer and Gyro though, I liked it when some of the out of the box picks showed up, Razor, a Dazzle, even a Zeus.

Can't wait for Eastern Qualifiers:D, should be a different ball game.
 
DD must say were they underdogs at the start and came thru. How about that Razor pic the 3rd game to deny the LD.... Worked in the 3rd game but not the first. It was interesting and at least they tried.
 
Honestly the perma ban on wisp is very annoying.

I have high hopes for the easterns and my money is on LGD all the way.
Also big up to Team liquid for consistent play during the curse invitationals.
 
Because wisp is so annoying to play against if its played right. There are sooooo many advantages you gain by having a wisp on your team.

Personally, I think FATA's (Puck) aggressive initiation with the silence on Funzii's Magnus made that fight, this stopped the RP potential which was huge especially because Mouz had to focus Silent's Gyro. FATA was brilliant with that Puck. Imagine if the Magnus got an RP on the team as they focused on Silent (with his Rapier).

FATA was brilliant in all the games, the game he played with Jugger was epic as well.
