Well if I were a fan of the recent CoDs I'd be thoroughly pissed at that news. If it runs on current gen consoles (read 10 year old tech) then it is unlikely to be a technical marvel.

On the whole I think the PS is the better bet this time round.

Well, to be fair, they will probably use the pc version to port to ps 4 and Xbox next, instead of their native ps3 and Xbox 360 counter parts.
Cod is not exactly a technical marvel on pc, but it looks tons better than the current console versions.
 
I can't wait for the moment when whoever is presenting the show, jumps on stage and shouts to the crowd ,''IT DOES NOT REQUIRE THE INTERNET!!!.''
Microsoft will gain a lot of hype, due to them despelling the rumours that have plagued the internet for months. Well I hope it goes that way...

Then I'll just get a PS4, but still if they announce,'' It requires the internet'', they will start the largest riot in human history.
 
I'm just glad it's finally going to be announced and that we'll actually know what the console is going to look like.
Be nice to know after all the speculation what the story actually is going to be.

Ya, I've been waiting to finally know about it, for months now...
 
Hoardes of gamers will march on microsoft, millions of complaints will be sent over the internet... It wiould be amazing, or they could just announce ''It doesn't need internet to work'', and all will be peacefull... A bit less exiting, but more of a favorable outcome, guess we'll find out tomorrow.
 
D-Day is finally here people!
Got a few friends coming over tonight so we can share in the news. Here's hoping for all the good rumours to be confirmed and the not so good to be dismissed with contempt.
 
I'm going to try and watch the live feed on xbox.com, unless my bandwidth runs out within a few minutes of streaming...
Can't believe the reveal is finally here, about 10 hours from now we will know what microsoft is going to bring to the next generation of consoles
 
I'm watching it on my Xbox. Downloaded the app and there is a countdown clock going on my TV at the moment.
Mesmorizing.
 
Very nice, I didn't get all the answers I wanted though. Also nothing on backwards compatibility and I felt they could've showed some more games.
Ton of exclusives though the guy said, something like 15 in the next year and 8 new IP's.
 
Go to the IGN website, the one article says after the reveal Microsoft confirmed it doesn't need the internet to function
