its the eyes from the anime naruto. Its the rinnegan is known as the most power eye techniques.
Naruto is my favorite anime and all my avatars are in conjunction with naruto.

The new competition is based on user activity. The more active you are (without spamming) the greater your chance of entering into the finalists' list for the competition. If you are not active, do not let it concern me that you're not as active as the rest of us. We make our own choices whether or not we want to reply to one another's threads or posts as quickly as possible, keep threads going and alive.

Now now, stay on topic. We don't want to upset people, do we?

So what do you guys think of people who keep on changing their avatars? Personally I don't like it. I'm a very visual person, I usually know who posted something based on the picture, so I associate the avatar with the person. If they keep changing it, it feels like that person has multiple personality disorder or something. I don't blame people though, it can feel a bit boring to have the same picture forever. I'm going to stick to mine until I can find a better version of the same character.
