Explain your forum name

Hmm I picked mine since I like the look of the "C" "W" combo.

Only problem is a lot of places makes the W a small letter.
 
Been using mine since 1999, got it from a group of friends who called themselves "the clan of bob" just for jokes, and the unstable was due to the fact that at every LAn my PC would decide to do something unwanted and interesting that would end my gaming as i spent the rest of the time trying to get it working again.
 
I sound like a combo between Barry White and a dragon (probably). Started smoking when I was twelve, so I guess that's why. :p
 
When I was younger (like 12 or 13) I was trying to find a username for Club Penguin and the thing that came to mind was "Keeper" because I always used to play goal keeper in soccer games so I just decided that would be my username and haven't changed it since :)

OK fair point so here goes:

I was in a hostel in Stellenbosch and in one of those "huisvergaderings" it came out one of the students was caught out dry-humping a HUGE girl(not me!!), and after all the laughs "doen die aapdans" just stuck with me and another guy and hence the name :P

Just to get this crystal clear: were you the student not dry-humping, or the huge girl not being dry-humped (if that makes sense)? :D

Should've made it a bit clearer: I'm the guy NOT doing the dry humping, just one of the guys at the huisvergadering who ripped the guy afterwards, he deserved his name: DRAGONSLAYER!! :p

Unfortunately we never got an idea/picture of how the girl looked but we had it on good authority she could kickstart a Boeing, no trouble! :eek:

How I came up with my forum name is incredibly complex, I used the first name on my I'd document followed by the first letter of my surname..... Wait, maybe that's not so interesting

Perhaps I'm just tired or something, but this was HILARIOUS.
 
I did mention this on the Avatar thread, but my name comes from a Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds song called "Stagger Lee". The album that it's from is called Murder Ballads. It was released in the early 90's and I still think it's a great album. Very dark, but humorous at times too.

I took that name because I really like the song and the album in general is one of my all-time favourites. I only learned afterwards that the song was based on an old story of a prohibition-era bastard.

Also, I use this as my Steam name.
 
TBlaar - short for teeblaar. Some girl in school heard my surname wrong and thought it was "teeblare", and I am called teeblaar to this day. Shortened to 6 characters as NBA Jam only allowed 6 characters :)
