Honestly? No woman looks like that outside a glam mag thanks to airbrushes not working IRL. I've had the honour to have dated two professional models when I was in my twenties (not at the same time, sadly), and no woman has skin that perfect. Look at the ribs, or rather where the ribs should be. It's been airbrushed out. Almost no rib shadows remain. That's heavy handed retouching.

Her skin has no imperfections whatsoever.
 
Mine Avatar, well, is Obelix, from my favourite comic book. Also, when walking in stores, I usually have my hands behind my back. Don't know why I do that, but my friends have always said I look like Obelix when we do shopping.
