Hi James, with the new version of compo that's happening does the winner of this "genre" of competition get excluded from all other "genre" competitions like the 25 most active and be excluded from the list?

Also is their a set time frame before your added back into the top 25?

Sorry for all the questions, but i need to way up chancing my luck on a PS3 game to give to my boet over an awesome set of SC2 goodies :)

I still need to decide how to approach the exclusions from entries thing in the top 25 competitions. Suggestions on this are welcome in the suggestion thread.

At this stage, I'll say that I won't exclude people who win sponsored game prizes from the other big MyGaming prize competitions.
So if you win Remember Me, you can still win a keyboard for example. Perhaps a game winner should sit out the next couple of game competitions? The problem is I don't want to discourage entries. Again, suggestions welcome over in the suggestion box.

I think with the small prizes voting competitions etc. are fine but with the big ones the top 25 active users work better.

No need to exclude small prize winners only the ones who win the big prizes for like 1-3 months or however often the big prizes come.

If you did have a restriction to winners on small prizes it would mean we cant win invites to rage and other events/prizes which may happen in the same week like last year when you had like 4 prizes after each other for a comic, rage key, game and gear.

Returning to the good 'ol Poll comps. :)

Either way works for me anyway, as long as I can enter, I'm fine with any implementation of the competition.

Woot! A competition that I can enter. :D I like both competition types but am only able to enter these ones. For now at least.
