Fact is, if that's the case, then they failed, because after the makeover she looks even more like Ellen, at least judging by the comparison posted earlier on this thread. Or there's minimal difference anyway. They just brushed the hair out of her eyes from what I can tell. Not nearly enough to avoid a lawsuit, if that's what they were worried about.
