Yes, that's for sure. I was going to ask how winners are actually notified. It seems as though it's just posted here on the forum in a couple of threads. I'm not sure if any further effort is made to contact the person directly. But then again, if you enter a competition, then you are the one who has to make the most effort. He entered, he knew where to go and when. If it were me, I'd check in every day. And indeed I do.

Winners are only notified in the competition thread, it's their responsibility to check whether they've won. I think it's a way to make sure people keep coming back regularly.
