the console version never made sense to me either. can't even imagine how you go about playing a RPG like that with a controller

I'm the same. I just tried the xbox version to see how it worked and I was quite impressed. If a little company like that can make it work I'm sure Blizzard can pull it off. It might even be the "better" version of Diablo 3, much as it pains me to say that.
