Lekker neh! I finish at 4pm. But some days we have just to many patients and then i sit here till 7pm. I hate it!

Not to rain on your parade dude, but if you honestly think people are going to do that.... that's just armchair slacktivism. Sure a few people who are passionate enough will be there, but the rest? Like, share, tweet, blog etc and that's it.
