This problem is easily solved once you start working. With a bit of discipline you can build up a bit of a buffer easily - then when you're low on cash you just shuffle some money around & try to keep expenses to a minimum for the rest of the month.
Haha, I am working - been employed full-time since beginning of 2009. It's just monthly expenses that eat away the cash (bills, levies, premiums, vehicle finance). Just been a rough few months for us as a family but there's light at the end of the tunnel. I'm not too worried about the sale though - I've built up quite a sufficient backlog to keep me busy for a long while.
