I work better in the bigger environments, I'm tired of these people and their pettiness and how the PA's think they run this fscking place.

Worked for a small family business as well. I moved to a much bigger company whom I'm working for now, and I must say there were far more internal politics and BS in a smaller company. Especially if it's a family venture...

There are no internal policies here. The two bosses even shout at each other because they have different filing systems.
