Convicted murderer Johan Kotze and his three co-accused received life sentences in the High Court in Pretoria on Wednesday.

Kotze and Andries Sithole were sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Kotze's ex-wife Ina Bonnette's son Conrad Bonnette, 19, and 10 years for kidnapping.

Judge Bert Bam found Kotze and Sithole guilty on Monday of killing Conrad.

That's justice being served the correct way. The fscker even tried getting only 15 years by "telling his side". Obviously it was to late! Have a fun time rotting in jail!!!!

Yeh exactly!!

I wish the death penalty was around, that way he would be sentenced to death and we wouldn't have to worry about his kind ever again.

It's not that we just worry about his type... he is now in jail for life... meaning we have to support him via our taxes for life.

This is also true, which in all honesty sucks that he's given shelter, a warm bed, food and probably DSTV. If the prison system was a corporately owned entity things would change from the aspect that we wouldn't have to pay for them to live, something like how they did it in Gamer and Death Race :rolleyes:. But here's to hoping I guess

Ek stem 110% saam. They should actually just bring back death penalty. Every tom dick and harry getting sentenced, gets proper security and a nice plate of food with free medical care. Wtf is this shit???
 
Problem is a lot of street people are doing crimes just to get in to prison in order to get the health and food.
Death Penalty is not something I agree with, I just think the "perks" they get should be a lot less, something more like bare minimum in order to survive

I reckon they should build prisons like the Vestre Faengsel in Denmark where its quite a few stories high and all the prisoners are kept at the top. Save on landspace on stop the buggers from escaping since if they do its normally a plummet to their deaths
