Dell XPS 17 L701X - advice needed

Hello people, I am in need of some advice regarding the value of this laptop:

Dell XPS 17 L701X

CPU: Intel i7 CPU Q740 @ 1.73GHz
Memory: 12GB DDR3-SDRAM (1333 MHz) - Max supported = 16GB
Hard Drive: Seagate 500 GB (7200 RPM)
Optical Drive: PLDS DVD+/- RW DS-8A5SH
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 445M (3 GB Video Card Memory)

It's just over 2 years old and in excellent condition. What reasonable price am I looking at?

Got some more questions:
- Does it come with any OS key?
- Does it support 3D vision? If so, does it come with glasses?

also confirm that it's 1920x1080 resolution :)

- It does come with a OS key - Windows 7 Home Premium (German)
- The graphics card does support 3D vision, but the screen does not. You have to connect the laptop with a 3D capable screen / TV. It does not come with glasses.
- The screen resolution is 1600x900.

R8.5k would be really pushing it - you can use this as the starting price and negotiate with the buyer.

I would offer R7k for the lappy :)
