So I don't know if you all are familiar with what happened last week where obama had to bail apple out of having its iphone 3 and 4 banned from america due to patent infringement in favour of samsung

So samsung now loses the other pending case in favour of apple on friday

When i read apple say things like: “With today’s decision, the ITC has joined courts around the world in Japan, Korea, Germany, Netherlands and California by standing up for innovation and rejecting Samsung’s blatant copying of Apple’s products,”

I want to have an aneurysm, seriously what gall after obama had to bail you out... " standing up for innovation" my a$$

“Protecting real innovation is what the patent system should be about,” ....ya right

I did not think it was possible but i now hate apple even more, I wonder what Jobs would have done or said mmm
 
Do you really think Samsung is any better? Or how about Microsoft? Sony? Whomever? All these big corporations function in the same way.

Apple is so limited and you have to pay for everything,and using that annoying itunes,omw.
Apple is all about status,people only get it for looking cool,but in the eyes of people who know better,they look like sheep.
 
Welcome to the business world where every company acts the same and governments try to protect local jobs and business vs foreign imports. Nothing new here
 
I don't know why people bother hating on a company for having a smart marketing and advertising strategy. If it was your business (note the keyword here), you'd do exactly the same.

If you don't like them Apples, don't buy 'em.

Open source? So the average user is a developer that open source should be fully appreciated?
I have to say that even though Apple is not open source the standardisation across the apps means that a lot less of them are broken and glitchy. And sorry when I have an iPhone in my hand it feels like quality, was working on a S4 the other day and it feels like cheap plastic to me.
Just my experience, you are welcome to your opinion. Even though it is not right...

I've never liked HTC. Owned two and just...no. My SE's have been my best phones by a mile.

Now I've never been a real fan of Samsung until my friend brought his new S4 mini over the other day.mi went totally gaga over it. I NEEED IT! :p Small but not tiny, decent battery life, nice to hold.

Just waiting for my upgrade in October ;)


Oh right, just to follow the theme of this thread here - I hate my iPad and will replace it with a Nexus 7 soon as it decides to die which may be never :(

Don't get the Nexus 7, you won't like it, the screen is too small. rather get the Samsung 10.1, or the cheaper and just as awesome Sony Xperia tablet. only down part of the sony is you are going to have a bitch of a time getting accessories for it

I have a 10" tablet so want to give the 7" a try. But we'll see.
