OK, I thought I had a vague idea how the green progress indicators under ones nick works. Evidently I am wrong because I am now bi-winning level 3, but I still only have 1 block. Could anybody figure out how these things are linked to reputation?

I believe the blocks represent about 50 reputation points. So if you have 50 or less you have one block, 100 or less you'll have two, etc.

This has been itching my brain cells as well. I don't know EXACTLY what the green bars are indicative of... I know it's to do with rep, but how does it correlate?
