Speed and consistency is slightly better, but nothing to brag about.
Like I said, I only plan to play this game close to the end of next week - which is when I'll assume it to be downloaded by.

yeah I found in general I get better performance from there cause it's less congested

you can fiddle with ntfs permissions or compress it with winrar or 7zip and put a password on the archive
