ISP for Twitch streaming

Hi guys,

So lately I've been wanting to stream on Twitch. Getting bored with gaming and figured that maybe I'd enjoy streaming and interacting with other gamers. In order to stream at 480p successfully, you'd need a 1Mbps upload speed.

Do you know of any ISPs that offer that sort of deal? I know of line bonding but that requires 3 4MB lines to reach my upload goal.

you still looking into doing this? :)

I bought the Openweb Gamers King 10mb line with a 1Mbps upload speed. Sadly, still not enough to stream WoW at 480p though

really? I find that hard to believe?

what are you using to stream? twitch? OBS? what bitrate are you using? downscaling filter? x264 CPU preset setting?

With the right settings its possible

I'm using OBS with the recommended Estimator settings:

CPU Advice
Set FPS to 30

Game Advice
Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.

Network Advice
Due to your low upload speed, aim for a low resolution such as 480p
Considering lowering your buffer size and/or bitrate if you experience in-game latency
Use CBR for improved stream stability
Recommended max bitrate: 765
Recommended buffer size: 459

I end work in an hour so I'll provide the rest of the settings after that.
