shit outa luck dude, he'll probably only be back when it's time to move again. but you can bunk up with Barbara in the meantime, I'm sure she won't mind :D

It was meant to be a secret. We were trying to evict you from the premises [hence the torn out page from the register].
No hard feelings, but your late night parties and peculiarly-dressed party guests left some cause for concern.

I am truly sorry. You were a good tenant, but your ways and methods became... curious.
