Cheap and Reliable Courier company

So I have a "package" that I need delivered from Cape Town (I think) to Centurion. The guy only uses Speed Services, but since I don't even know where the post office is here (plus I'm not really a fan of standing in queues), I'm looking to maybe send a courier to go pick it up... but which one?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable courier that won't charge too much? Package is probably about 2kg.

I always use/used Postnet for the paintball stuffs, can recommend them anytime. Go with Postnet, they are a bit expensive but you know your package is in reliable hands.
