So we will now also be doing some criminal type work with the new firm that has joined us. Just listened to a hijacking recording for a client that thought he was being hijacked.... Hectic stuff. Turned out to be the cops who thought he was an atm bomber and they shot him...the adrenalin is pumping through me now hey! :eek:

he wont be found guilty of murder. the state will have to prove that he intended to kill those people. without intent you cant be found guilty of murder. he will get manslaughter... thats now if they do their investigations properly and dont loose evidence etc.....

These idiots are so stupid they cant even spell investigate, and of course they're gonna lose evidence, a street wise 2 or a kingsteer burger can get you alot from the popo :rolleyes:

no man we will do local criminal work here in Jhb. it will mostly be unlawfull arrests or DUI things that we will be doing. small fry work not serious stuff *touchwood*

your worship or my lord although the latter is sometimes frowned upon when attorneys use it but is fine for advocates to use
