Between these huge PS+ downloads and I have no idea what else, I did 212Gb on my ADSL this month. I think this is the most I've ever done in one month.

My usage double since joining PS+. Already downloaded about 30 games since I joined 3 months ago and still about 8 games in my DQ. Trying to get all my downloads done before all the TV shows starts airing again.

PS+ is a good, honest way of killing bandwidth. I remember that I used almost 70GB a month when I was on the 8ta LTE trial.

When my PS3 arrives. If I'm eligible for a trial period of PS Plus, am I eligible to get free games from PS Plus and play keep them [the use of them] without needing PS Plus anymore?

You won't be able to play the free games once your PS+ subscription/trial expires. Basically, once you "buy" a game for free, you have access to play it, and re-download it at any time, as long as you still have a valid PS+ subscription. If your subscription lapses, you can't play the games until you get a valid subscription again.

But it's only R489 for a whole year, which is less than the price of a new game

Far Cry 3! Nice, been wanting to get that for a while now. Backlog of previous PS+ games keeping me a tad too busy to buy new ones though.

If you get the free trail, you claim the games via the webstore aswell and just download to PS3 when ready.

Has anyone else found that giana sisters has very choppy graphics? I subscribed to ps plus JUST for this game, but it looks way better on my laptop. When running it's so choppy. :/ every review I've read has raved about the graphics, but I'm so disappointed, and in worried it could me my PlayStation. It's a 40g model. Hmm...
