iOS7 anyone?

I downloaded and installed it last night.

I think its really nice, I especially like how to kill apps by just swiping them off the screen. Its a big improvement and pretty slick.

Anyone else tried it? Experiences, new features you've found perhaps?

Just installed it. Looks pretty good. Still hunting down all the features. I like the Control Centre and the redesigned multitasking window.

Ja digging the swipe up control centre. Its very android like in that regard, which was actually something I missed when I changed from my Samsung to iPhone. What do you mean the multitasking window? Do you mean what comes up after double pressing the home button?

Hmmm I didnt get the notification for this, lemme see if I can update mine.
Just a warning, it could be painfully slow, for everyone not just us with our crappy internet. I have quite a few friends in the UK complaining it took them 6hrs?! I just did it while I slept last night, and when I woke up it was finished, so I'm not sure how long it actually took.

If any of you use a battle.net authenticator on your apple device, be aware that there have been reports of the upgrade to iOS7 breaking the authenticator:

I am just hoping that they have finally fixed the issue of the others folder. That and the fact that when my ipad goes to sleep it starts playing music - not a function I wanted on at all and one I cant get to stay off.

Hahaha, wtf :D

i will wait a week or so, normally there's bugs like a sharp decline in battery life or compatibility issues with some apps etc. i never upgrade immediately i always wait a few days !

Ja that. They did it really well.
Ah ok, ja I really like it too. Big improvement as previously it was kinda hidden. I've heard so many stories of okes not even knowing they had a billion apps running on their phone coz they didn't even know how to close them. This makes it way more intuitive.

Ja that's something I caught onto pretty quickly on the old OS. Hundreds of people have no idea that you actually have to close your apps.

I have to say it took some time to update, also I had issues updating iTunes. Ended uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling the latest version.

But been playing with it on the iPad2 and have to say Im happy. It seems to have fixed the bug of the others folder and no more music when my screensaver is activated or when I close the ipad.

Updated ipad 2, ipad retina, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 went flawlessly. My ipad now works on 4G as well.
