Been playing Dota since the twilight days though, so it's been years. But I'll still play. I just really hope the scene can change it's attitude more towards the behaviour of the EU folks. But this seems to be the problem with SA gamers all across the board, not just in dota. In general our online environment stinks :(

Meh, maybe I'm just ranting too much again.. At least I know a lot of awesome people to play games with, so that soothes the flaming a bit :D
 
The only reason I ever play on the SA servers is because of the awesome ping. Otherwise I play EU West, sometimes East, both US servers, and even sometimes SE Asia and Australia (for shits 'n giggles). But out of all of those, SA has the biggest bunch of wankers I've EVER come across. I've had a LOT of games that have just been downright unpleasant (clannies swearing at everyone in open chat when things don't go their way) - there's just no respect - not like you'd find when playing overseas. You beat someone fair and square and instead of the usual "gg" at the end, you get called a "f***en p**s", etc. SA gamers need to wake up, or get left behind.
 
Had one dude swear and be so disrespectful last night I felt ashamed to be called a SA Gamer.

I could tolerate it in the beginning but its killing any motivation I had left to try and get better and play Dota 2. If you cant beat them, join them...:p

Joining them is a trap. Best way to deal with them is a report for comm abuse. It's the most satisfying feeling when you get the "Action has been taken against the person you reported" popup.
 
Is it just me is the Orena tournament really really bad? The teams are terrible , there is no teamwork , I've seen better 5 man doto in pubs. Plus the servers are laggy and unstable as hell. The whole thing is just a disaster IMO.

WOW So there will be even less parking, longer queues, same lame stalls from all the previous years...Yippee..lol
He is awesome and I think he is by far the best Dota player on earth though :D
