cause after reassembling my pc I plugged everything back in, pressed the power button, AND NOTHING HAPPEND!

I'm not surprised. Remember that your PC didn't get any power when the power supply was broken, so you couldn't log into the OS to stream the media. Now that you have a working PSU, you are able to access the harddrives more effectivly.
