Had the same issue yesterday, 1s time I played worked perfectly. Then after when i tried again, got stuck at the loading screen every time.

same happened here, they were like oh we'll come to you then.

i said no because you were in the squad and it wouldn’t be lekker to do that twice to you :(
 
I played it last night was actually really fun i have never really played any previous battlefields but Parachuting and drivign tanks was quite a cool change from COD also loving the big maps... my only critic is that i love cod hardcore because of the feel of realism(2 bullets almost always equals death not tank 10 ) apparently BF does have a hardcore mode but it doesnt change the damage health at all ?

Pretty sure you die pretty quick in hardcore. Also changes the HUD.

BF3 Hardcore was pretty much the same as COD, 1-2 Shots = death, Hud removed.
Hopefully BF4 will do more of the same, I reckon HC mode in BF4 will be epic, especially with the improved hit reg.
 
overall this has been an impressive beta , There was no doubt I was going to get this but this just made it easier .
I just wish there was a way to force people out of the COD lone wolf mentality

Mmmm I am a veteran cod player and I play BF perfectly fine but you are right, like the guys mentioned earlier we played as a squad last night and pretty much made half the enemy team rage quit...That was before they left me alone though...lol

I am one of those people last night i was litterally just running in :( but i think also playing with people i know will help

this man will laser designate any target for you, even an old granny with a trolley no doubt, he has COD inside him but hes a BF team player too (somehow he always survives and we all spawn on him) :D
 
Im a FPS fanboi in general COD, BF all of them
And you are right it is always better to play with people you know then you know how they will react, but if you do end up in a team of unknows its best to work as a team , because this isn't like COD .

for a few nights I noticed that some guys at the start of the map fly or ship off to the enemy side , secure E there squad in the mean time spawns on them , get wasted by the tanks at E , all when they could have been progressing with the rest of the team and helping take on the enemy attack , now Im not saying to the guys not to do this im just saying be tactical cause man it just frustrates me .
Or the snipers who don't spot the enemy for the rest of the team and try to get a kill.

But yea I guess that comes down to who you play with , all the same its a hell of a lot of Fun .
 
Venom you can hold the opposition flag and force the opposing side back if you do this succesfully. This is normally how we do things but we tend to get it right with an organised squad.

Has anyone seen a commander yet? I reckon that would be amazing.

Not only squad level play but team level.... like squad 1 hold objective B.
Or squad 4 keep the enemy from flanking in behind us every 2 minutes and slowing us down.

That kind of play would win wars.

Commander isn't available in the Beta but I reckon it'll be epic.

Oh I think I saw that when I was in Races squad. Defend D or Attack B and so on.
 
Nah thats just squad leader... but it is also awesome if people do that... If I am squad leader I hang back a little and keep checking our six.

It helps not to die as often and then your squad spawns on you and you keep the bonus. You get rewarded with squad score.

I want to play now... wonder if I could play over Remote desktop :confused:
 
when we play we tend to try and check all angles give sqd orders etc, it boosts your points, hold spawn if the sqd dies and you in a position you want to fight.
