Are you doing this solo though, or do you have a partner for financial backing? The costs will VERY quickly start catching you un-aware bud.

I have partnered with two other people.Right now we don't have start-up capital,so when negotiations start for the payment of our software/services, we are going to ask for a deposit(a certain % before to start implementation)just to cover costs for whatever equipment we are going to need.

Spoke to a CA yesterday and he suggested we ask the client for a deposit to cover expenses.
