Renting first...will buy when I've lived there for a while. The estate agent I talked to told me there are no listing for renting right now. :wtf: How in the world. Property24 has a couple of listings but none for occupation in December. Price for renting is flexible up to R6000, so I don't understand why I can't find any places. Maybe I've just not been searching at the right places...
