I totally forgot about this dude. The Candyman was also in his time a very freaking scary guy and so was The Children of the Corn. Wow. This brings back memories. :)

Defo gonna go for Hannibal Lecter here. With regards Jason, I never found him that scary, yes he's iconic, but that doesn't make him creepy.
 
Haven't seen Four Rooms, but saw Waltz in Django Unchained, and once again he was the star of the show in my opinion.
