Nothing this colour of green was suppose to enter ur body. <Sick> But it helps so i will continue to swallow it.

What u guyz on about?

Weird they never told you guyz about the rejection fee? Who read the contract anyway? :(

we dont have a contract with them it was a once off thing as we dont deal with them on a regular occasion and we have only dealt with them once before.... but ill be sure to forward this out and make sure no one uses their services.... bring their name to the ground....

Quote rejection fees are common practice in the I.T. / electronics repair field. Since you pretty much have to fix the thing anyway before you can give a quote on how much you expect it will cost.

It becomes increasingly difficult in cases where they don't carry stock of replacement parts or modules.

Paying a once off quote rejection fee is acceptable - and if I were you I'd rather strike a deal to pay once off than pay such a fee for each of the units.

The thing with a quote rejection fee is that they've done fault finding and told you what is wrong. Pretty much just like a doctor does when you visit him. He hasn't actually fixed you - he's just told you what has to be done to get better.

Thing is with these terminals all that needs to be done is have them reset to their factory settings and seeing as this company already knew that... they sommer opened them up without us saying it was ok and said no our boards were broken therefore they had to be replaced...

Like seriously, it's a WYSE terminal?!?!? HELLO?! Doesn't take brain science to figure out what's wrong :p You just need to reset the factory settings

[EDIT] Sorry I see you already posted what i wanted to say :)
