Official Battlefield 4 Thread

Well it seems the G500 has a clicking problem,every time i would click it would double click (even the right button) and everytime i hold it down it would keep clicking with 1-2sec infernal.

I've tried using an old wireless mouse but it doesn't even pick up any movement if you move it slowly.

Guess it's time to plug in my Rat7 again until i get my mouse replaced (if the warranty is still valid,today was too busy)

Even if the warranty isn't in effect anymore i will still buy a new Kone XTD.

I use a BlackWidow keyboard,ain't nothing more solid then it.
 
I forgot that my Rat7 has problem with right click,also it's damn sensitive.

Just typing on the keyboard makes the mouse move.

I want my Roccat kone XTD :(
 
Thanks bud.

The warranty lasts a year and i bought it in June so it's still valid.

Does anyone know what you need to have to redeem a warranty.

So far i have:
The original box
The Original invoice
The mouse

Weights are.....somewhere,Manuel and other paper stuff probably also gone.
 
Normally just the proof of purchase and the product depending on where you bought it it will first be sent in to check what the issue is and if it's possible to repair or just replace

But some stores do immediate swop outs but like i said it depends on where you bought it from

Had to RMA my 360 controller from Titan-ice.
You just need the original package, the thing at fault, and the invoice. Don't need the manual and other accessories.
They send the faulty product back to the supplier for testing. Usually comes back within 2 weeks.

Back on topic.
How the heck does one practice commander mode?
Tried my first commander mode last night, and I had squads trying to command me while I command O_o

Squad leaders can assign objectives to their members, commanders can too.

Sadly players fail to realise that following an order, can earn you extra points. I usually just put up UAV's, drop supplies, call in the gunships, use cruise missiles and promote squads. Sometimes you find a squad willing to co-operate, which helps with their score and mine.

If you are mouseless, you can pick up one of those stock standard MS mouse for under R100.

The problem with a normal mouse is that they don't move when i do fine movements.

I know what the problem is,when i move the mouse to the left it disconnects.Bending the cable a bit also disconnects it so i know the problem is at the front of the mouse where the cable connects.

As much as i want to open it up,i don't want to make a the warranty void.

How do you call in a cruise missile? I didn't get that option on Lancang Dam :(
I UAV spam and set tanks/helis that are raping thru the team's rank as high value targets (which everyone ignores lol)

Try crank up the mouse sensitivity in control panel?
Can't exactly expect laser precision on a sub R100 mouse :p

Then it's too sensitive,i think i might just open up the old G500 and adjust the tension on the LMB and RMB so it doesn't keep clicking.

Just need to find a glue gun to reattach the mouse pads (screws are under the pads)
 
I had endless probs with my ROCCAT mice used 3 Kone's and 2 Kone + in a year, switched to Razor and my Imperator is lasting more than a year now

Think your team needs to control a certain flag which will give you the cruise missle,a other one will also give u a gunship

Also figured out something awesome,you can change kit from the box the commander drops,just like you would be able to in single player-awesomeness!
