Same one I'm considering but I'll wait till I buy a brand new PC.

If you are going to keep the 560Ti for 18 months or more (I think it will be fine power wise for that time) go for it. But if you think you'll be buying again before that time, you'll be wasting money, imho.
I'll probably use it a long time. up until recently I was still running a 8600GTS
and there isn't a massive performance difference between the 560Ti and the 7850...

ask him to give me a lekka price :p
make your price :D

 Malice should go for that ;)
nah ;)

@Wenz
people can be so fussy at times and easily miffed. Case in point see above

O I have 8gb, tempted to go 16 but my mobo and CPU are still my limitations
ja like whats up with that. Bibi the world doesnt revolve around you and FYI i did greet you Beebs :D

the gaming headset I got now was a steal at R400
thats my budget right there but if you add the GPU im broke again until we get paid end of January... plus my bday is coming up in Feb and i need to organise a big do as im turning the big ol 3.0....

Don't use HWcompare bud xD That's from way back when, Newer drivers make a huge difference in performance.
I wouldn't lie to you ;)

Anyway at R1100 there really is no beating this card :)
I know, hence I'm running that awesome Be Quiet! now :D

but then, in your professional opinion, would you rather take that 6950 at R1100 or a 7850 at R1999?

give me one, we can then negotiate :p
eleventy billion dollars!
