If your exchange only supports 4Mb you will only be charged for 4Mbps (previously 2Mbps). So if you were on 4Mbps before you will get a discount of roughly R120 per month. If you were on 4Mbps before and your exchange now supports 10Mbps, you will get a free upgrade to something between 4 and 10Mbps depending on line quality.

Really nothing to complain about here...

Ok just got home after phoning telkom earlier today and they had reset my port. Have finally been upgraded from 2MB to 4MB. Just make sure you turn off your router for atleast 10min or so. Worked for me. Good luck guys!!
 
Hey Guys, Just a quick update! Since line upgrade been running on speed of about 3.4MB dont think that to bad! Using Openweb Everyday 4MB Uncapped and seems to be running fine!
 
Ok, so I literally just got upgraded, I think. My indicator said no internet connectivity and when internet connectivity came on again I was upgraded. I checked on the router.
 
Checked my router stats this evening and saw I've been upgrade from 2Mbps to 4Mbps! Only problem is that my SNR is now 10.5-11 so we'll have to see how stable it turns out to be.
 
No luck with upgrade here still stuck on 4 meg so I think I will change to 4 meg uncapped seeing as it is R6 cheaper than what I am paying for 10 meg I am not getting and 40gbs
 
Does this include cybersmart clients who have their internet through cybersmart, but their lines through telkom?
I would love a 10meg uncapped business... I would be able to live stream mah skills

I have a 10mb line. Only gives you a 1mb upload speed which is not good enough for Twitch.

I have tried many a setting. It just isn't enough. We need at least 2mb upload speed for a decent 480p stream

6dB or below is bad and will experience no synch or intermittent synch problems
7dB-10dB is fair but does not leave much room for variances in conditions
11dB-20dB is good with little or no synch problems
20dB-28dB is excellent
29dB or above is outstanding

(back to the point) anyone know if this is only for people that get internet through telkom or does it include all line rentals?
