Payday 2 is a far better game in each and every aspect and there are way more players available so much easier to get subs to fill those empty spots. You also don't actually need 4 players for every mission as you can solo some missions without even setting of the alarm.

Or if you still want a heist game and are cash strapped maybe look at Monaco? (currently going for $2.99)
 
I was a bit under the influence Saturday night and ended up buying Max Payne 3 Complete Pack...
 
Max Payne 3 was awesome, I love the whole way the story is told...but...because I am such a noob, damn there were two or three pieces I just couldnt get by without several times forcing myself away from the PC to prevent rage damage. Near the end, conveyer belts...I cant get through that stage...BUT, awesome game nontheless, will attempt that stage in my bested best nirvana/zen mood.

Oh, I got Bioshock Infinite for $15. Will get the DLC's when they (hopefully) go on sale.
 
Shadow Warrior is 75% off. Must resist - already have too many games to play. Dust and Stanley Parable are also on sale...why!?!

Just got Bioshock Infinite for $10 on GMG... They also had further 20% discount code which I missed out on... :/

...and just used the 20% voucher to buy Empire and Napoleon Total War games for less than R100... The GMG 24 Hour Climax sale is really good. Muuuuuuuch better than the Steam sale.

I was thinking that, esp the 20% part that you get with it. Then again Steam still gonna have a Xmas sale so they probably keeping the best for then.
