Your Personal GOTY for 2013?

So...
It's that time of the year again guys, the end of a spectacular year in gaming, 2013 A.D.
For me it was definitely one of the quickest years I've had and everything seems like it only happened yesterday but I digress...
As you ponder back to all those fond/memorable gaming moments of 2013 which games - in your personal opinion, deserve GOTY by platform?

I dunno, it's been a pretty kak year for gaming. Not very many great releases...

But, I'd have to say...

PC:
Tomb Raider

PS3:
Ni No Kuni

Only two new releases that stood out.

^ This. Hopefully 2014 is better, it's looking to be like 2008/2009 where we got so many good releases.

PC Indie:
Gunpoint
HM: Broforce Beta

PC AAA:
Hmm...I mostly played older games this year
Guess Bioshock Infinite or Tomb Raider

Console:
Super Mario 3D World/ TLoZ: The Wind Waker HD

Mobile:
Ridiculous Fishing

Still so many 2013 games that I need to play :D Enemy Within, AC4: Black Flag, Shadow Warrior, Papers, Please or Guacamelee will probably make the list once I play them.

2013 marked my return to the Glorious PC Master Race, after about 5 years of console gaming. This year was spent on growing my Steam collection from 0 to what it is right now. This made me miss a fair few new titles launched on PC. But these are the games that I did manage to play this year and loved:

PC
Assassins Creed: Black Flag

Xbox 360
GTA 5

PS4
The Last Of Us

Indie
Papers, Please
 
Admittedly, I haven't played that many games this year but my votes are as follows:

PC: Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm
If you can look past the cringe-a-minute dialogue and the thin story, this game was immense fun. Every single-player mission was interesting and different from the last. The additions to the multiplayer were fantastic and really shook-up the strategies in the game. This game gets my vote mainly because I haven't finished Enemy Within and I don't think Witcher 2 counts owing to the fact that it's more than two years old.

Console [PS3]: Grand Theft Auto V
I think this game speaks for itself. The amount of detail that went into the game is mind-blowing with hours and hours worth of activities (note, I haven't touched the multiplayer). Look past the hype, it's still an amazing game.

Plants vs Zombies 2

Special mention goes to Assassins Creed IV, amazing game but I'm still pissed he's not an assassin.
 
Was FarCry 3 2012?

In that case:

I haven't played all the 2013 games yet and still have to finish most of the ones I own. But at the moment I think I'll have to give my vote to Splinter Cell: Blacklist
