I decided to count 30 days from sending without weekends, then I will mark it. But I asked on reddit and they said to mark it as not received and if we get it, we can change it.

That's really sad to hear. I was thinking about doing this this year, but if there's too many people who just want free stuff and don't want to "play the game", I'd rather spend more money on gifts for a children's home or something like that.

Maybe next year they'll crank down harder with the rules.

how do you mark it as not received !

On the landing page, there is a drop down menu on the top left hand side. Select report no gift received. Easy as pie - I also just sent them a msg saying that I did have contact but now nada.

To everyone who participated in the secret santa last year, world record certifcates are now available

Since you completed your end of the deal, you are eligible to purchase a certificate if you choose. You should receive an email with instructions that contain a participant ID and a verification code. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folders. If you don't see it in spam, you can go to your exchange page and there should be directions there.
