What movie did you last watch thread.

I finally got to watch rush and for any true f1 fan this is a must. one of the best roles Chris Hemsworth has ever played. and it gives you a great look at the rivalry between Niki Laude and Jody Schectre.

Rush: it was quite an awesome piece of work.. And I'm not even into F1, at all. Wouldn't mind watching it again

Carrie: Enjoyed the movie, mainly because the main actor is hot :P

Artifact: An interesting documentary about 30 seconds to mars and about their EMI lawsuit. Most bands actually don't make alot of money after seeing that

Hi AlienTaker - sorry to burst your bubble, the movie was about James Hunt and Niki Laude's rivalry - not Jody Schekter (who was the only South African to win a F1 world championship). He did race at the same time as Hunt and Laude, but the movie was about James Hunt and Niki Lauda.

Hehe busting some F1 knowledge. Dit sal altyd net jy wees lady

Was die movie goed? Ek scheme dis right up your alley?

Ek moet se dit is een van die beter F1 racing movies nog. Ek haal my hoed af vir Ron Howard, hy het so veel as moontlik original karre gebruik = by private owners gehuur.

That is the one good thing of Ayrton Senna's death - the new rules and regulations that has made the sport so much safer - even if people believe it is to safe. But after some of the accidents that the guys have walked away from in the recent years I am truly thankful for those rules and regulations, otherwise we would have lost a lot of drivers.

Jy sal verbaas wees, dis baie goed gedoen om non F1 followers in te trek en geintereseerd in die sport te kry. Ek sal dit vir enige persoon aan raai, en tot jou girl sal dit kyk want Chris is shirtless n paar keer :P

Watched Pacific Rim last night :D

Wow was i impressed! I expected it to be really lame and boring, but it was quite the opposite... The only crit i had was that the build up could have been a bit more informative... It all seemed to get to the "final scene" very quickly...

I loved this movie. You need to go into this movie expecting nothing more than a movie about giant robots punching giant monsters. You'll have a fantastic time then.

Hellbound - a documentary about the concept of Hell. Very interesting and recommended if you're into theological type stuff.

Back in the Day - what a typical 'mens' movie ..... but one I enjoyed a lot. Also gave me some ideas for my upcoming reunion, lol

Watched Wolf of Wall Street over the weekend....Honestly thought the story was a lil' average and it could have been much shorted. That movie should definitely be rated more than 16 though, pretty much softcore porn throughout the movie and not to mentioned it's lil' record for most f words used :/

Pain and Gain. Was an awesome movie, based on a real story.

At one point I thought "no way this is still real" and right there some text came up on the screen saying "yes, this is still based on a true story".

That's still on my watch list. I watched the trailer and figured that this is something that I have to see. Also, Scorcese and DiCaprio.

People can't stop talking about "no way this can be true". I need to see this.
