Damn neck spasm is killing me and the fisio stuck needles in me today(passed out after number 3) and pulled my neck in directions i didn't know was possible. and i still have to go back tomorrow and Friday

Yeah I know it's mostly T&A and beer to mainly take us all through the day, but surprisingly intelligent, helpful and thoughtful conversations come up more often than most people think.
