This is BS. New members posting complete k@k. Resurrecting old threads with some stupid comment and everybody carries on commenting. For someone who comes here to look at entertaining, quality and informative posts and then finds this krap I am very disappointed. Seriously what self-respecting forum allows this to happen? If you wanna attract new members it's fine, but shouldn't this be regulated?

I'm done here. This is ridiculous.

I actually like the increase in activity, but I agree there are some ridiculously retarded posts coming from many of the new members, and even some of the older ones. Best thing we can do is report them and hope that James will sort them out.
 
James has asked that the ridiculous be RBP'ed and he has been dealing with the real idiots ........ I may get irritated by them myself but it's once in a while and the real knobends never stay so I don't let it stress me out anymore. Few days and it's all gone again ;)

Don't let temporary emotions let you make permanent decisions.. It is a very stressful time but it all ends when the winner gets announced.. after that myg will be a ghost town after all the strain and exhaustion. It'll be back to normal in no time. But if this was long coming and this comp a final nail in the coffin I guess it's sayonara?
 
I think James has been doing a great job at sifting through the noobspammers and banning them. Just grin and bear it, it will be over in a couple of days.

I hope that once the competition is over, you'll consider returning. You are one of the regulars who really do add value to forum.
 
I like all this activity and it's great coming to the forum knowing that there's at least one thread to reply to.

Some of the new members actually add value and I think that's great. I hope some of them will stay. And yes there are others who have been posting a lot of drivel but they will leave again. Just wait until Tuesday.

Looks that way. Well they created a reply button for a reason, thankfully I also have a delete one also (been using that a lot)

Sometimes there is just no polite way to reply to a post asking if the next gen version of tomb raider will be coming to PS4 or if an apple is a kind of fruit

Me neither. I thought things would have died down by now but the lure of new technology is much stronger than I suspected. But I feel that if we come out of this with a few new regulars, it is all good in the end.
