The sad thing is when these new shows get cancelled too soon, I miss Terra Nova and We are men, and so many others

I still have Terra Nova in my backlog of shows to get around to watching. But I agree, that is why I usually wait until as show has at least been renewed for a second season before deciding to get into it (unless it looks so amazing I really can't wait). Nothing worse than loving a new show and then it gets axed.

Agree, don't wanna get too excited about something unless you like mini series.

Agreed with Riccochet... I was super keen on Terra Nova, And expecting this awesome series, and it was good, dont get me wrong, but then it didnt get renewed and i was lank pissed with the ending...

Similar to Fast Forward... I really got into that... and then... bam... nothing...

It was dropped due to costing too much to produce. I actually really enjoyed it.

I wish they would just decide earlier on whether they are going to renew a show for another season or not, giving the writers time to come up with a satisfying conclusion.

THIS!!! Jeez its not like its an over night decision... you 100% correct... Even if its not satisfying, at least come up with an ending... the show is dead anyways...
 
Who remembers that series called The River?

They canned it after the 1st season. I really liked it because it was super weird and freaky (which is generally the series I tend to like a lot - Like Dexter or True Blood).

Still don't get why it never continued. I'm sure it had so much potential.

Oh Yes, I remember.. was an excellent series back then. The people were looking for their dad or something if I remember correctly?
