Lynus: Rather transfer to me please! I was revived, and so started out at same level as before, but with 10 wellness points, so I need gold for wellness packs...please transfer to me, thank you :)
 
One never ever wastes gold on Wellness packs ..... I did when I was a Lvl 2 noob and it was a massive waste. Strat, I've already told you I'll help get you up to good Wellness ;)

.... you have better odds of earning good money if you stay with one company ..... if the manager see's you working everyday, with as much wellness as possible, he'll up your salary accordingly. It doesn't happen with every company but you should stick with one and see what happens after at least a week ;)

Agh yes, i'm just pushing it hard for now till i get 25exp and level up to 5. Then i'll take it easy for awhile and get my wellness up :)

btw.. would it be easier to purchase a company someone is selling rather than buying a new one?
 
I've been looking at both options ..... I guess it's down to what you want and if that Company has been run properly. I know myself, I'm gonna start my own more than likely. I've been studying that Resource Map very carefully ........
 
Gain more XP by living in a country that's at war. You get +2 exp per fight and if you live in a province / state that has a hospital, you can heal once per day if you fhave fought.

That way the levels will fly.

I read some articles on how people fly to another country and buy cheap resources and send it as a gift tax-free to one's corporation. Or something line that :p

A general manager will obviously want to source the cheapest raw materials around the world. A great website which helps with this is http://carbonium.pl/market/raw as it shows an ordered list of the cheapest products. If the selling company has a export license to the country where your company is located, you can buy directly off the market; however in most cases, you'll have to move your organisation to that country, purchase the raw materials and donate them to your company back home. When pricing the raw materials, you'll want to factor in the cost of a moving ticket as it may work out cheaper to just purchase locally.

sorry for the bump on this post but just to correct, the owner of an organisation can work and fight.

If you create a company from your citizen account, you will not be able to work in any other job or your own company and you will lose extra wellness every day. On the other hand, if you create an organisation and then create a company from your organisation, you can work in your own company at min wage to help increase profits or you can work at any other company.

Gradius, when you reach level 5 you'll be able to fight and heal. This will help you maintain your wellness and keep it as high as possible (between 90 - 100).

When you reach level 5, you'll probably be around 42+- wellness so in order to gain wellness quickly, you must fight once which will bring you down to 32 wellness, and then heal which will take you back up to 82 wellness. The next day, you must fight 3 times which will take you down to 52 wellness and then heal, which will take you up to 100 wellness. Once you're at 100 wellness, you can fight 5 times every day and heal back up to 90 - 100 wellness. (disclaimer: you need to be in a region with a Q5 hospital to heal up by 50 wellness).

With regards to purchasing a company, you can often find great deals on second-hand companies as opposed to the 20g cost of a new company. It's very important that you check which region the company is in and what quality the company is. If you plan to start a raw material company, you must make sure that the second-hand company you're purchasing is in a high productivity zone as this will greatly increase your profits. A lot of sketchy company owners with raw material companies in medium productivity regions try sell off their companies at discounted rates/above market rates.

Ta, I was going on Valor's info at the time and then found out I was wrong when reading the Wiki.
 
El Heff is the man_n_stuff :D

But good ideas though, now just to find out where the high resource regions are in WC and we'll be sorted :)
